Gambit
Name: Remy LeBeau
Born on the streets of New Orleans. Louisiana. Remy was a homeless orphan when he was adopted by Luc LeBeau, leader of the Thieves Guild. Remy LeBeau proved to be an adept student - he soon learned to be every bit the master thief his stepfather was. Eventually though, Gambit turned his back on his old life of crime - for the most part. From time to time he still enjoys stealing from other thieves.
His mutant powers allow him to charge objects with kinetic energy generated by his body. Perhaps in reference to his gambling ways, Remy's trademark weapon is a deck of charged playing cards that explode on contact. He also uses a staff in battle, a weapon favored by his stepfather.
