Jr
Jr. is a director of the Kukai Foundation, a special organization established on Second Miltia (an autonomous planet in the Galaxy Federation). Because of his youthful appearance, some documents refer to him as the son of Gaignun Kukai, but his is actually Gaignin's older brother. He is a survivor of the U.R.T.V. (U-Retro Virus) unit that was created to defeat U-DO, the wave existence that threatened to destroy the galaxy.
He possesses the unique abilities shared by all U.R.T.V. members, including telepathy. His true name is Rubedo.
