Rutee is a Lens hunter who always travels with her partner Mary. Rutee is crazy
for Lens and anything else that might turn her a tidy profit, so much so that
some people might think of her first as a profiteering thief instead of a heroine.
And she seems to have a hidden agenda that doesn't help her image at all.
Chi's Comments: Rutee is a very good fighter. Probably the second best
overrall next to Stahn. She's very balance with good magic attack and special
attack. Her bloody rose attack can be a killer move. Keep her in the third row
position since she can use magic as well.
