Viktor is a former key member of the Liberation Army from the first Suikoden.
He's rugged and very strong. While he's not the politest person in the world,
he does have a very strong sense of justice and honor to do good deeds. You can
always find Viktor at the side of his best friend, Flik.
Chi's Comments: Viktor is purely a strong physical attack person. He
really can't use any magic rune cause his mp are too low. Still his physical attack
alone can do more damage than most of the 108 members. His united attack with
Flik is excellent. Viktor does have a great defense and a very high hp.
