Viktor, a member of the Liberation Army, met the Young Master and his friends
while he was drifting . He soon introduce the Young Master to Odessa, the leader
of the Liberation Army. Viktor is strong and boastful but he has a sad and secret
past. You can always find Viktor by Flik side.
Chi's Comments: Viktor is a strong fighter but very limited in magic
use. The best Rune to equip him with is the Clone Rune. He's all physical attack
so you might want to save him for boss fights.
