Zell Dincht
Zell is a Garden Cadet with unsurpassed martial arts skills. Aspiring to become
like his grandfather who was once a soldier, Zell entered Garden at the age of
13. Not being one to think matters through, he is known to act on impulse rather
than reasoning. At heart however, he is an honest, dedicated young man.
Chi's Comments: Zell is a good to bad fighter. You can go both way
with him. His regular physical attack aren't too bad. He's good at mugging though.
His limit breaks can be very effective depending if you have enough time to punch
in the right combos including the finishing move combo. Overrall better to use
him as a mugger.
