Two
years after the events in Kingdom Hearts The
Organization has fallen. All members of The Organization have been killed
besides Axel, but no one
knows where he is. Sora, Riku and Kairi live on
Sora
was called by a strange voice from the secret cave that seemed familiar but it
wasn’t.
"SORA, SORA! Well, where could he be?" Kairi
shouted as she walked along the sandy beach looking for him. Sora had been
inside the cave where he
had first seen the man in black two years ago. The door was still there but,
without the Keyblade he couldn't open it.
"I
know something’s going on out there, I can feel it….but without the Keyblade I can't open the door." Sora stared at the
door with a serious look on his face. As he turned around and walked out of the
cave shadows started to get bigger inside of the cave, soon filling it with
Darkness. Sora walked out onto the beach shore and took a deep breath, just
then Kairi came strolling by.
"There
you are!" Kairi giggled as she talked.
"What’s
so funny?" He asked. Kairi said in a normal
voice but looking puzzled.
"It's
nothing, I'm just glad that I found you." Kairi
noticed she started to blush and turned her head away.
“Come
on let's find Riku so we can see what he has been working on."
Sora
had forgotten about Riku’s project. He ran with Kairi
to the other side of the island where they caught Riku with his arm propped up
against the big white tarp that was drapped over his project.
"So
are you guys ready to see it?” He said in his usual voice.
"Yes!"
Sora and Kairi both said it at once and giggled.
"Ok
well here it is!'’ Riku yanked the tarp away. A house looking like structure
stood there with excellent craftsmen ship.
"Wow
it's amazing Riku!" Said Kairi with astonishment.
"Yeah Riku that’s cool!" Sora stared at it in
amazement.
"I thought we could have a sleepover in it tonight, I already checked with
my mom and she said it’s ok." Riku said wondering
what they would say.
“I don't think my mom would care." said Kairi.
"Me
either." Said Sora.
"Then
we are camping out tonight." Said Riku excitedly.
"Well
let's go home to get our stuff ready!" Kairi ran
off to her house. You could tell by the way she ran that she was happy.
Sora
looked at riku. "I guess I will go get my stuff then." Sora smiled
then ran off toward his house. Riku turned around and saw the sky turning dark,
almost like when the island was covered in Darkness. Riku then walked into the
house like structure and waited for sora and Kairi,
soon they arrived.
"Hey, Sora." Said Riku.
"Yeah." Sora looked at him.
"Does
something feel familiar? Like when the island was covered in darkness?" Riku
looked back at him
with concern.
"Actually...it
does." He replied as he looked at the ground.
"Guys,
don't worry. Nothing like that is gonna happen again.
You already helped the King and defeated the Darkness.” Kairi
smiled giving a happy feeling about the conversation.
"Yeah,
I guess your right." Said Riku as he looked away.
"Hey,
shouldn't we be having fun?" Said Sora.
"Yeah"
Kairi pulled some games out of her backpack and the
three started to play. Later that night the feelings that Sora and Riku had
both gotten were correct. The door inside of the cave opened and a figure of a
man stepped out wielding a Keyblade. Sora, Riku and Kairi were having a good time until they heard thunder and
saw lighting.
"Come
on Sora." Riku said as he ran out of the tent.
Sora
thought to himself, "It’s all happening again…."
As
he followed Riku to the other side of the island he looked at a figure standing
just a few feet in front of them.
"Who
are you?!” Sora yelled. When lightning struck again, the face of the figure
looked like a boy about their age but with the features of Ansem.
“Are
you the Keyblade wielder?" The figure asked.
"What
is it to you?" Sora asked.
"The
Keyblade master was an enemy of my father, Ansem-“
Sora
interrupted."Your father deserved to die, he was swallowed by the darkness!"
Crack!
Sora flew back a few feet knocked to the ground.
"So
you are the Keyblade
master…"
"If he is the master then why do you have one?!" Riku yelled at him.
"Because,
you idiot, there can be more than one Keyblade
wielder but only one master...but after I kill him I will be the master."
Riku
threw a punch at the boy but he had been too quick for him and ducked under the
fist and came up with his Keyblade hitting Riku in
the face and fell as sora was just getting up.
“You....you’ll
never become the Keyblade master!" just then, Sora
heard a voice that was familiar.
"Don't
give up, courage is the key." And with those words were a bright light
that shone from Sora’s hand. The boy turned his face
shielding it from the light. When the light faded the Kingdom Key was in Sora’s hands.
"So,
you decide to use your pathetic Keyblade against mine?"
"It's
not pathetic!!" Sora lunged at him swinging his Keyblade
violently.
The
boy raised his blade to block Sora’s attacks.
"I
won't kill you now, I just came to see why my father
had such a hassle with you." With that he disappeared.
Kairi came running up to them.
"Are
you guys ok?"
"Kairi, get Riku we have to go somewhere."
sora before explaining ran off into the cave. When he got there the door was
closed, he aimed the Keyblade at the door and a light
zoomed from his key to the lock the door swung open.
"Come
on!" Sora waited for Kairi and Riku. After they both
ran in Sora went in right after. On the otherside was
King Mickey’s castle. They all walked to the front door together, and when they
knocked goofy answered the door.
"Sora,
Riku, Kairi! Gawrsh, you
don't look good. What happened?"
"The
Heartless are back Goofy, where’s Mickey?" Sora told him.
"Come
in, I’ll go tell him." Goofy ran up to the large doors and nearly tripped getting
there.
"King
Mickey! King Mickey! Sora and his friends are here!"
"Well then bring them in here." Goofy ran back to Sora.
"Follow
me a-hyuck." He walked with them into the room.
They saw King Mickey and Donald.
"King
Mickey the-"
"Yes
I know Sora, the Heartless are getting worse and worse, and it is all because of
Ansem’s son."
Silence
filled the room.
"Ansem had a son!?" Sora, Riku and Kairi
looked at the King in disbelief.
"Well,
it's not really his son he is more of an experiment."
"He created a son using science!?" King Mickey glanced at Sora with a
serious look on his face.
"Yes
but he used a Darkside’s genes, causing him to become
very strong."
King Mickey went back to his thrown and pulled two Keyblades
out from behind it.
"Here,
Riku I give you the Keyblade known as Dark Silencer,
and Kairi, I give you the Oathkeeper.
Please, Sora defeat him so that we can live without
the Heartless forever."
"You
can count on us Mickey!" Said Riku reassuringly.
"Follow
Goofy, he will take you to the gummi ship and go to
traverse Town. When you get there I want you to find Cid and give him this envelope.
Inside is enough money for him to upgrade the Gummi Ship
with a warp drive so you can get to Hollow Bastion quickly."
"Follow
me a-hyuck."
"Hey
Sora!" yelled Donald, "good luck pal."
"Thanks
Donald" Sora nodded. As goofy led them to the garage, Chip and Dale were
fighting over the last nut.
"Hey
you two, I need a Gummi Ship for these fellas."
"Oh
ok." They both replied and quickly started to get a ship ready for them. When
they finished Goofy wished Sora, Riku and Kairi goodluck as they left in the gummiship.
"Sora,
was Ansem’s son the man that attacked you?" Kairi looked at him with concern.
"Yes
he was."
When
they arrived at
"Hi
there, I'm sorry, but Cid isn't in right now, I'm in charge of the shop until
he returns, he should be back any minute so stick
around." She said with a smile.
Sora
looked at her, "Who are you anyway?"
She
looked at Sora still blushing. “Well I’m his daughter.”
Sora
was astonished.
"His daughter!?"
"That’s
right."
Last
time Sora had met Cid he didn't even have a girlfriend. How did he have a
daughter that was his age? Just then Cid walked into the shop.
"Sora! What are you doing here!?"
“Well
I was gonna ask you the same about your daughter."
He smirked and laughed.
"Rie, could you go outside for a moment, I need to talk with
these people."
She
looked a bit confused.
"Ok
dad." she skipped out of the shop and from a window she blew Riku a kiss
that made him blush.
"Ok
so why are you guys here?" Asked Cid with a confused
look on his face.
"Well
it's a long story but here." Sora handed the note with the money and note
inside. As Cid read it he nodded ok.
“I
will go get your Gummi Ship. It should be ready by
tomorrow.”
"Alright, now about that girl…"
Cid
looked at the ground.
"Well
she isn't my daughter, really, I found her half dead in one of the districts. I
have never seen her before but I think she has amnesia, but ever since then
she’s called me daddy."
Sora
looked at him. "Oh…." He said in a low voice.
"She's
one hell of a shot though!"
All four of them laughed with him.
"Hey Rie! Rie?”
No
one answered.
Cid
ran out of the shop and saw a man in a black with the hood on standing in the
middle of the street with her draped over his shoulder while she kicked and
screamed for help. Sora and Riku ran at him with there Keyblades.
The unknown quickly dropped her and backed up.
"Who
are you?!" Yelled Riku.
The
unknown pulled his hood down. Sora immediately knew who he was.
"Axel!"
Yelled Sora. He couldn't believe it was him.
"That’s
right Sora, long time no see." He laughed.
"Why were you kidnapping her?!" Yelled
Kairi.
"Kidnapping?
Why would I kidnap my own sister?"
Cid
stared in disbelief.
"She's your sister?!" Yelled Cid.
"Yes.
She is what I’ve been looking for ever since The Organization collapsed.
"I’m not your sister! Cid is my dad!"
Axel
stared at Cid in anger.
"What
did you brainwash her with!?"
Axel
drew his blades.
"I
didn't. I’m sorry Rie, but I am not your father. I
found you one day and you started calling me that I’m sorry." Rie dropped to her knees as she cried.
"Then
that means I am this jerks sister…."
Axel
was enraged by her calling him a jerk. He hit her with the sole of his boot.
“Do
not call me that. You will respect me! After all I am your only family, Rie."
Sora
and Riku ran at Axel with their Keyblades. Stunned,
Axel was bashed in the face by Riku and severed a devastating blow by Sora’s Ars Arcanum.
Axel
stepped back as he recovered from the blows. He created a wall of fire that he
sent raging towards them. Kairi ran over and aimed
the Oathkeeper at the fire. A small amount of ice
appeared before the fire but it did not work. Riku grabbed Rie
and pulled her away from the fire just in time as Sora dodge rolled through the
fire and delivered a fury of blows to Axel hitting him every time.
"Auggh!" Axel flew back and
landed face first.
"You
got stronger, Sora" He raised his bloody face up, one eye half closed and
bleeding.
“We
always had something in common, and that was our strength, but now…..you are
much stronger. But I will not let you take my sister away!" He stood up
and threw his blades at him. Sora dodged them both.
"Watch
out Sora!" Kairi yelled.
Sora
turned around and was hit by the two blades. They tore his flesh open and was
bleeding badly, but
managed to stay up.
"If
you wanted her you wouldn't have hit her with your boot and treated her like a
servant!" Sora lunged at him as he swung the keyblade
at him. He held up the blades that had returned to him after tearing up Sora. The
keyblade easily broke through them.
"H-how
did you-" Sora bashed his face before he could speak another word. He felt
Axel’s bones break in his face as the hit the stone
floor. Then Sora spun around and cracked his legs as Axel laid
on the ground as a bloody mess.
"N-now the secrets of the heart will never be found out, d-damn you Sora…"
after that, he coughed out blood and died. His body vanished into the Darkness.
"Are
you ok Rie?" Asked Riku as he
held her close to him. She had stopped crying and looked up at him.
"You
saved my life, thank you." She kissed him on the cheek which made him
blush. Kairi ran over to Sora and hugged him.
"Are
you ok Sora?" She asked as she examined him.
"Yes,
I am.”
She
giggled and smiled. Cid ran over to Rie and held her.
"Thank
you Riku for saving her tonight. You three may stay at my home tonight."
As
they all were about to go inside
"Are
you guys ok? You look really beat up.”
"Well
I'm hurt." Sora was staggering a bit.
"Thanks
Riku,
Sora and Kairi looked at him.
"Long story."
They
all laughed together.
"Ok,
well I will keep my nose out of it. Hey Cid, I came by to ask you about all
these heartless re-appearing."
Cid
turned to him. "Yeah, Ansem’s got a kid and he’s
making them destroy everything because that’s what his father wanted."
“How
could he get a kid? He was to caught up in his research."
"His
kid was made from Heartless genes and his own."
"Hey
Sora, get rid of this guy so these Heartless won't come around no more
ok?"
Sora
laughed. "Yeah, I'll do that for you."
Later that night when everyone was sleeping, Cid was working on the Gummi ship, making sure that it worked perfectly for them.
When the sun came up Cid wrote a note for Sora and stuck it on the counter down
stairs. Cid then went to bed right before Sora woke up. "yawn! That was a good sleep!” Sora walked downstairs to see
if anyone else was awake. When he saw that no one was awake he almost went back
upstairs, but the bright yellow note caught his eye.
It
read:
Sora I have made the Gummi Ship able to warp you directly to Hollow Bastion. I
want Rie to go with you, I
think she would be a good member of your team. She is an excellent shot. And I
think she has a thing for that Riku fela with you. I wont be awake to tell you goodbye, but I wish you a safe
journey.

Sora
put the note down and heard someone coming down the stairs, as he looked he
noticed it was Riku.
"Hey Sora, what you got there?" He looked at the note.
"Just
a note from Cid, he wants us to take Rie with us."
Riku’s eyes lit up.
"Cool. Kairi and Rie
are awake, so we can go when they get down here."
Just
then Kairi and Rie came
downstairs laughing and blushing.
"What are you two laughing about?" In a playful tone Kairi and Rie giggled.
"It's
nothing just...girl talk." Kairi looked at Sora
and blushed a little.
"Well
Rie, do you want to come with us? Cid said you could
if you wanted." Riku looked at her with a smile.
"Of
course I will!"
Sora raised his arms in the air like a cheer. "Alright then let's
go!"
They
all headed outside where the Gummi ship was. As they
all huddled themselves into it Sora clicked a few buttons and soon they were
flying straight to Hollow Bastion.
"Sora do you think we will get home safely?" Kairi looked at him
with a bit of concern on her face.
"Don't
worry Kairi, we will get home just fine." Sora smiled at her. Then
in just a few minutes they were at the castle.
As
they all stepped out of the Gummi ship, heartless were already starting to attacking them. Rie quickly jumped
into action as she shot about a dozen of them and Riku, Kairi
and Sora were bashing them with their Keyblades. Kairi was being attacked by the heartless the most so Sora
helped Kairi by defending her from them. One by one
they fell like flys.
"Start
running for the castle!" Sora yelled.
Every
one made a mad dash for the castle, and when they got in they shut the gates
but that didn't stop the heartless inside the castle from attacking. Defender
and Darkball heartless started attacking them, Rie shot one in the eye and completely destroyed one using
her pistols. Riku jumped on top of a Defender and shoved his Keyblade through it's head. Sora
violently attacked three Darkballs at once and Kairi was nailing the rest of them by casting simple spells
like Fira and Gravity. After they handled those, Sora
ran ahead of the rest of the team slashing at every heartless that got in his
way. When they reached the second floor they entered a giant room that looked
like a ballroom. At the center of it was Ansem’s son.
"So,
you actually made it past my test you truly are powerful aren't you?"
"Stop
the heartless from attacking the worlds now!"
"Why would I do that? When that’s what my father wanted?" He laughed
as he drew a red Keyblade with a black heart at the
top.
"You
aren't even his real son!" Sora yelled.
"What
did you say?!" He turned around quickly and aimed his Keybalde
at him. His pupils dialated
to be very small.
"I
was every bit of his son I could be!"
"No,
you weren't. You were one of his experiments, he used
heartless genes and his own to create you!" Sora yelled.
"He
is telling the truth." Kairi said.
"I will not hear any of this!" Ansem’s son
yelled as he flew across the room at Sora. Sora dodge rolled under him and
attacked him from behind but he was too late, he had already been struck by Ansem's son. Riku ran at Ansems's
son and hit him with the Keyblade landing a hit on
his back, the boy quickly turned around hitting Riku in his chest. Sora got up
and ran Ansem’s son. Ansem’s
son swung his Keyblade at Sora but Sora dodged it. Sora
swung his Keyblade at him from an upward angle knocking
his son on his back. Riku then stood up waiting for Ansem’s
son to react. Ansem’s son stood up and charged Sora. Sora blocked with his Keyblade
as they were face to face. Sora overpowered Ansem’s
son causing him to stagger a bit. Then Riku attacked him by jumping in the air
and slashing his shoulder. The boy let out a yell, then
Sora charged him from the front. Ansem’s son fell to
the ground, his arm broken and bleeding.
"I
will not lose....I will not lose to you!!" He screamed as wings sprouted
from his back and his eyes turned red. His broken arm engulfed in darkness. Rie started shooting at Ansem’s sons new form, Kairi started
casting spells on him as well. Sora and Riku both attacked at once. He caught Riku’s Keyblade in his hand and
threw him into a wall. Sora’s attack cracked his wing
shattering the bones in it. Riku stood up quickly, his back in pain but he shook
it off and came at Ansem’s son from the side. As he
stabbed him in the side the boy let out a yell, then Sora stabbed him from the
other side and they both turned the keys in the same direction. Soon his body
started filling with light as he said:
"I
see why my father lost to you…." Then with those last words his body
materialized into nothing.
"It's
over." Kairi said.
"We
won." Said Sora with a sigh if relief.
A
door appeared in front of them.
"Looks like this is it." Said
Riku.
"Yeah…."
Said Rie as she stared at the
ground looking depressed.
"Hey
Rie, my mom and dad have been talking about adopting
a kid. Do you think you would want to come back to the islands with us?" Said Kairi with her best smile.
"I
would love to."
With
those words Riku and Sora opened the door and stepped into
"It
is just a few hours after we left, time didn't change much." Said Riku with a happy tone.
"Riku.” Said Rie.
"Yeah?" Riku replied.
She
hugged him and kissed him on the lips.
"I
really like you. "
Riku
blushed. "You read my mind."
Later
that day Sora was sitting by the beach when Kairi
came by holding a Paupo Fruit.
"Wanna share it with me?"
Sora
looked at her and smiled.
"I'd
love to"
Two
months later, Kairi's mom and dad adopted Rie and she has been living with them ever since. Nothing
out of the ordinary has happened, besides Sora receiving a letter from Mickey.
It
read;
Dear Sora.
I can tell that you succeded in defeating Ansem’s son.
I thank you for doing so and so does everyone from all the other worlds.
