Slowly dosed off.

          He was slowly moving trying to mask his presence. He watched his
pray. He surreptitiously walked to it. Raised his guard stick and (WAM!!!).
”AHHHHHHH, ouch ouch ouch what was that for Riku.” Sora said with

Anger. “Ha ha ha, you shouldn’t have been sleeping.” He said with a smile.
Sora leaned up and grabbed the back of Riku’s legs.”WHOA!!.” “He he he,

Shouldn’t have been standing there.” He said being satisfied that he got
his revenge. They both go up laughing.

          They both walked to the other side of their island. It was a big island
there, was their tree house, their boat and a little waterfall they liked to swim in at times. They walked to there raft they were making it was small
but they were willing to use it. Riku and Sora always dreamed of going somewhere in there life, they wanted to adventure. Riku always knew he would go somewhere. He was only 1 year older than Sora but they were best friends. Sora was out spoken and very stubborn. He always had dreams
of something like an adventure happening to him. Sometimes he couldn’t tell the difference between a dream and reality. He always wanted to be friends with Riku and there was also there friend Kairi but they were best friends before they met her.

Sora walked to the raft and checked it to make sure everything was ready to start to build it. Riku ran to Sora and pulled him up. “Sora, come here quick there is something in that cave we found.” He said out of breath.
”Really what is it Riku, is it bad?” He said with a little fear but he was excited that something was happening. “I don’t know that’s why I came and I got you, I might need some help.” Sora ran and got his guard stick. They ran across the beach quickly excited that they had something to do. “Wait Sora maybe we been real weapons.” He said stopping. “Well these have points Riku we should be ok its probably nothing to bad.” He said with assurance. “Hmm well you’re probably right, lets go.” They started at there run again.

          Sora and Riku got to the entrance of the cave. They both hesitated and looked at each other. Riku was deep breathing, and a little bit frightened about actually fighting something other than Sora. He brushed himself off and got ready. Sora knew the cave wasn’t that big so he was trying to be ready for a surprise. Maybe the monster would jump out of nowhere and eat them both. He slapped himself for being negative and got ready.

          They both ran in with their sticks in front of them. There lying on the ground was a black figure to dark to make out. It was breathing heavily and Sora and Riku walked to it slowly. The beast or whatever it was was lying there almost dead. Riku dropped his guard staring at it. “Is it dead?”

Sora asked. “Hmm maybe it looks like it, ha ha ha, and I was scared.” He said laughing. They both turned around ready to leave the beast to its death. They knew that later they would have to get rid of it.

          They got about 10 feet from the entryway. “Grrrrr, RUUUGHHHHH.” They both jumped and looked back to see a large beast standing almost as big as a lion but it was a whole different being. Sora didn’t waste any time and ran strait at it hitting it in the face. The beast shook it off and ran for him scratching his chest tearing his clothes. Riku ran at it and hit it in the back dropping it. “Sora you ok.” He yelled. “Yea I think ill be alright.” They both ran at it hitting it as many as times as they could.

          It got up tackled Riku and bit his arm. “Ahhhhgggghh.” Riku yelled in pain. “Riku!!” Sora shouted. Sora ran at the beast and stuck the point end of the stick into the beast’s head. Riku jammed his point into the chest of it.
It fell over roaring in pain. It slowly melted and disappeared and what looked to be a heart came out of it and broke into pieces. “Wow what was that Sora.” “I don’t know but its dead now whatever it was. Are you ok Riku.” He said standing. “Yea ill be ok lets go fix our selves before our parents see us. We’ll get in deep trouble if they find out.” They both got up and walked outside. They were both injured but happy that something happened in their life.

          They both walked away hoping to see another day like that. Even know they were hurt and got in trouble when they went home. They went with happiness and more pride.
