The next morning as the morning due appeared on her window, as she gently woke up. She heard a bird, she slowly got up out of the bed. She looked out the damp window, and saw a Beautiful bird. As the soft bird flew silently singing her song Rinoa looked toward the door. She sighed, and walked to the door. She opened it, and stuck her head out. Rinoa tippy toed to Squall's door and knocked. They ran down the bright hallways and came to the control room. " Selphie! need ya!" said Zell pointing to the pilot seat. She ran to the seat, and sat down. He looked at her soft hair, and cool eyes. She smiled at him, and he starred. There was a light whooshing sound as they felt the craft going higher into the air. He looked up at her " Don’t EVER worry about him…never…he’s just a jerk in the middle of a phase…" Squall replied " a phase of being terribly stupid, and wanting things he’ll never have..". Rinoa giggled and stood up straight. " I love you…"she said shaking her head still smiling. " We better go check on them, and see where we are." she told him. They walked down the hallways in silence, Rinoa stopped at a hallway window to look out. There was an exploding sound…Rinoa screamed as the aircraft fell several hundred feet. Rinoa Sat up and then yelled " Common! We have to see if the rest of the gang is o.k.!" she got up as fast as she could. Squall got up and followed her as she took off for the control room. Quistis was lying on the floor…unconscious, Zell was sitting next to her looking at the floor, Ivrine was red in the face but standing next to where Selphie was sitting, his knuckles was white from holding on the back of her seat so tight. Selphie was holding on to the wheel, breathing hard, and cursing loudly. " What was that?" he said softly but in a confused voice. Zell looked up and didn’t give any expression. Ivrine turned his toward Squall and didn’t reply, " well?" said Squall louder. Rinoa ran over to Quistis and sat next to her. " Zell?….Ivrine?" she said softly as she looked down at Quistis. Rinoa lifted her arms and cast cure on Quistis, "Oww….."said Quistis as she sat up and rubbed her head. "what.. Happened?" said Quistis as she slowly got up. " we was hit.." replied Ivrine. Zell stood up and scanned everyone’s faces " Well? Where was ya’ll when we got hit huh? Was you and Rinoa making out are something?" said asked Squall. Light filled the messy control room as Squall told the gang his plan " Selphie I’ll land as close as she can to them…but not to close of course. We’ll sneak out and catch up to Seifer. We’ll sneak inside and destroy Seifer…then we’ll push the self destruct button.". Squall scanned their faces " easy.." said Ivrine leaning against the wall "ya.. But the problem is sneaking through his base… we have to get through without the guards seeing us, are else we’re in trouble.". They nodded and stood in a line behind Selphie. She saw a clearing and they started to land, as the air craft stopped Rinoa blurted out " why should give this aircraft a name! I mean…we can’t keep calling it " The air craft" !". Squall just looked at her and shrugged " you have the honors then…". Rinoa smiled and then started to think, " hows bout…The merizanosec!". They all said "o.k., sure, what ever," and started out the merizanosec.
They had landed in a plain next to the Cabi forest, they ran low as they entered the forest " which way is Seifer’s base?" asked Quistis looking at the green trees all around them. " this away!!" said Rinoa jumping up and down pointing at the top of Seifer’s base ( S.B. ) which was just above the tree tops. The sun shined brightly as the took off running through the forest keeping up with the very slow moving Base. As they came close to S.B. Squall yelled " we’re gonna jump on it! Follow me!" . He took off after the Base jumping over fallen trees and holes in the way. The trees started to end and they popped out the woods onto a flat area, Squall sprinted to the left side of S.B. and ran up to a ladder built on the side of it. "SWUSH" blood dripped down Squalls shoulder, looking down at his wound, he heard a laugh….one of which could not have been more hideous…more evil, then of which he heard. Squall looked into his rivals cold eyes…staring into him so deep….these eyes….such horror, and pain was in them…yet such a cold gray heartless smile reached his face. HE felt pain on his back, he turned around to see Seifer charging. Seifer had his sword lifted, Squall was ready for the skin tearing pain that was about to come. Squall closed his eyes and fell to the ground and rolled over. He opened his eyes to see Seifer running right past him. " close…ever so close.." " where did Squall go?" said Rinoa nervously as they disappeared , the gang looked at each other then to Fujin, and Raijin. " GONE. TRUE. DIE. SQUALL. ROMANTIC DREAM. YES." said Fujin. " ya.. What she said. Ya know? Seifer took Squall to his periodontal ‘fighting’ zone ya know?! To take care of him ya know?! Well….We’re in charge of taking care of ya’ll ya know?" He was about to take another shot when Raijin lifted his staff, and whacked Zell in the stomach with it. Zell fell to the floor. He got up, and saw Raijin looking down. Tornados was sent by Fujin, and thunder was sent by Raijin, Quistis had cuts on her arms, and was cracking her whip at Raijin, when there was a gun shot. Ivrine had shot a general that had entered the room, and the Emergency lights was flickering on, and off. Selphie took shots with her num- chucks, and had got Fujin’s blade bent up. Rinoa looked at the others as she stood back. She lifted her arms gracefully…..and twisted them around in front of her face, she whispered words. She eyes went black as she outstretched her arms in front of her.
She yelled words that couldn’t be understood ( as if from another language). Wind whipped around her, the others stopped and stared. The ground under Rinoa was a black cloud. And with a sudden BANG black tidal waves swept over Raijin, and Fujin. They coughed, and then once the fog waves had thinned, they saw them both on the ground.
